Clark County Real Estate Market Sees Sales Decline | Published: 6/19/2016 | Homesnap Real Estate...

While home sales in the Clark County market have been above average, in this week's report they fell 4.8% to 691 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Multnomah County reported 950 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price climbed to $299,900 over the latest reporting period for Clark County, up from $291,500. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low two months of inventory signals that Clark County is a definite seller's market.

New Expansion in Price Cuts for Clark County Real Estate Market | Published: 6/12/2016 |...

The number of price cuts in the Clark County market climbed to 610 over the last 30 days, furthering a solid positive trend. Despite drops in list prices, sales also decreased to 675 homes sold. All indications show that the trend may be coming to an end, meaning less price reductions over the next few weeks. While the number of price reductions trended higher, months of inventory is on an eight-week downward trend, this week hitting two months. With such low levels of inventory, Clark County is still a solid seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
